BALTIMORE, MD (February 10, 2016)– With temperatures predicted to fall into the single-digits with wind chill tonight and expected to remain dangerously cold for much of the week, Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr. Leana Wen has issued a Code Blue declaration for Baltimore City for Wednesday, February 10th through the morning of Monday, February 15th.
